In only 60-90 relaxing minutes, the Vita Basic IV Infusion provides a quick hit of vitamin C, B complex vitamins B1, B6, B12 in 500 ml of Ringers Lactate IV Medium (pure water with 4 types of electrolyte salts; Calcium Chloride 2h20, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, and Sodium Lactate), to balance pH and to replenish salt lost through perspiration, work-out, or hot Bali days and nights.

For non-prescription users, 1-3 grams of ascorbic acid vitamin C, injected directly into the bloodstream, is the equivalent of taking 2-6 each of 500 milligram tablets of oral vitamin C. The important difference is that intravenous vitamin C is fully utilized, not partially discarded by digestion when taken orally.

And for higher dose prescription users, 5-40 grams of sodium ascorbate vitamin C via IV infusion is also medicinal, just as much as it is nutritional. Vitamin C (sodium ascorbate) is very close to glucose sugar genetically. When a cell uptakes glucose (the basic nutrient needed by all cells of the body) it grows and also produces acids or other wastes (that eventually become urine).

Important Dosage Information

Here is a breakdown of typical dosages for the Vita Basic IV Infusion:

Non-Prescription Vitamin C Maximum Dosages

1 gr (1000 mg) = 45-60 minutes
3 gr (3000 mg) = 45-60 minutes total IV time*

Please note the 1 and 3 gram Vita Basic IV infusions are entry level / new user / maintenance dosages. Effects are subtle, generally producing increased energy and cognition. Rarely are Herxing effects produced at this level. If resulting effects are low, then the patient may advance to higher prescribed levels, as seen below, by prescription.

Prescription Vitamin C IV Dosages

5 gr (5000 mg) = 45-60 minutes
10 gr (10,000 mg) = 45-60 minutes
15 gr (15,000 mg) = 60-75 minutes
20 gr (20,000 mg) = 60-90 minutes
25 gr (25,000 mg) = 75-90 minutes
30 gr (30,000 mg) = 90-115 minutes
40 gr (40,000 mg) = 90-125 minutes total IV time

Occasional Beneficial Reactions of Vitamin C IV Therapy

These effects tend to be more prominent in first time users, or with those who take large doses too fast. Experienced users tend to not experience ‘inconvenient reactions’ but rather enjoy the benefits of IV Therapy within hours of administration. During the IV session

Next day after completion of IV Therapy

Especially in the case of high-dose IVs, patients may find they need to sleep a little more during the following 24-36 hours. The body only heals during deep sleep and rest. The patient may experience increased urination or other eliminations.

First and second days after completion of IV Therapy
